Greetings! I am Dr. Sujaan S Negi, a Professor with approx. twenty five years of experience in the fields of Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies and other related fields. I have dedicated my career to exploring and addressing critical social issues, advocating for awareness and social change. Alongside my academic pursuits, I actively engage in various consultancy projects and serve as an RTI (Right to Information) activist, striving for transparency and accountability.

With a passion for creating a positive impact on society, I have been extensively involved with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and trusts, both in India and Africa. These invaluable experiences have provided me with a deeper and broader understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities and the importance of empowering individuals to improve their lives.

My commitment to social justice and gender equality has been the driving force behind my work. Through my research, teaching, and consultancy initiatives, I strive to bring about transformative change, challenge societal norms, and promote inclusive practices. I firmly believe that education and awareness are powerful tools for fostering positive social change.

I often post to my blog, "Awareness Advocate," where I discuss insights,
analyses, and provocative viewpoints on many social topics and current happenings in society as an active participant in the field. My blog acts as a forum for meaningful conversations about issues like gender equality, human rights, social injustice, and community development. It also serves to engage with a larger audience.

I consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to advance society and to inspire others to take up the cause of establishing an equitable and inclusive global community.
